Regretfully I am writing to inform you that your Petition for the Degrees of Freemasonry has been REJECTED by the members of Melbourne Lodge No. 143, F. & A.M.

On October 8, 2011 your payment of $90.00 cash was received by the Secretary. A fee of $15.00 was applied to the cost of your Background Check. A copy is enclosed.

I have enclosed check #1713 in the amount of $75.00 to refund the Entered Apprentice Degree fee.

In accordance with Masonic Law of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Florida you may submit a Petition for the Three Degrees of Freemasonry no sooner than six months from November 7, 2011, the day of the ballot on your original Petition.
