DO NOT open the .QBW or .QBB working file in the

SAMPLE LODGE

Until

AFTER BACKING UP,

the current .QBW or .QBB working file in your QuickBooks application.

Opening the Sample Lodge will overwrite the .QBW or .QBB working file currently loaded and which appears when you open the QuickBooks application.

When you backup your QuickBooks working file, it is saved as a .QBB file.

Opening the .QBB file will load it in your QuickBooks Application and it will become

the new working file.
