The Lodge was opened in due form in the Master Mason Degree at 7:30 PM.

There were 40 members and visitors present as recorded in the Attendance Register. The Worshipful Master introduced all Past Masters.

Brother Peter Katsoulas is recuperating at home.

Brother Bill Lowry, Past Master, is recuperating at home.


Balloting and Petitions: Petition for Affiliation by Dimit was balloted upon from Brother Donald Floyd Leinthall and the ballot was CLEAR. A Petition for Affiliation by Transfer of Membership from Donald Leinthall. A request for a dimit has been made by the Grand Lodge of Florida.

Masonic Education: Discussion on suspending members for non-payment of dues.

Unfinished Business:


It was reported that a visitor cut her finger on one of the name tags benches. Br. Tim O’Dell is in the process of recessing the name tags on the tops of the sideline pews.


Old Lodge organ is available for donation.





New Business:


The following two members are delinquent in paying their dues for 2010:

Gary Kennard (will pay), and Gerald Smith (no contact, phone disconnected)

A motion was made, seconded, and passed to suspend these Brothers effective December 27th if they do not contact the Worshipful Master or Secretary.


Election of Officers:


Tellers: Wayne Ingraham, Roger Seigel, and Gary McConnell. The membership count was 33.


By majority vote, the following officers were elected for 2011:

Worshipful Master: Kevin Gholston - Accepted

Senior Warden: Ron Barker - Accepted

Junior Warden: Brad Fleeger - Accepted

Treasurer: Eddie Smeen - Accepted

Secretary: Roger McKay, PDDGM - Accepted

The Worshipful Master –elect announced that there would be an Officers’ Practice following the Officers’ Meeting on

The Worshipful Master-elect announced that all Committees for 2011 would meet on Thursday, December 16th.


The Secretary announced that all Officers must have a current dues card for 2011 to be installed on December 28th.


Kevin Gholston, Worshipful Master-elect then reviewed the proposed budget attached.

A final reading will be made at the January 3rd Stated Communication for approval.


Good of the Order:


Secretary’s Workshop at Winter Park Lodge on Tuesday, December 7th at 6:30 PM. Leaving the Lodge at 4:30 PM.
