This Lodge of Fellow Craft Masons was called and opened in Due Form at ________ PM for the purpose of passing to the Fellow Craft Degree, Entered Apprentice Brothers _____________, _____________, and _______________, who have passed their proficiency in the Entered Apprentice Degree and have been regularly elected in their Lodge to receive this Degree. There being no objection, the Ceremony proceeded and they were passed to the Degree of Fellow Craft.

Pursuant to Chapter 37.18 in the Digest of Masonic Law, each candidate received the prescribed pre-Fellow Craft Degree instruction by Brother Jason Velie, Lodge Mentor’s Program.

The Fellow Craft Degree was conferred on the following Entered Apprentice members from Melbourne Lodge No. 143:

Brother _______________ of Indian River Lodge No. 90

The following Brother assisted as a conductor: Tom Johnson, PDDGM, Roger Siegel, PDGM, and Jim Beckman

The Lecture of the Fellow Craft Degree, was delivered by R∴W∴Tom Johnson, PDDGM, of Palm Bay Lodge No. 397, F&AM.

At the completion of the Lecture, the charge was delivered by Roger Seigel, PM.

The Worshipful Master then presented the newly Passed Brothers with Masonic Education booklets GL204 and GL205, and the Fellow Craft Catechism Code Booklet.

The newly Passed Brothers then offered their remarks.

Peace and Harmony prevailing, the Lodge was closed in Due Form at 9:00 PM.
