Subject: Options for paying 2011 Dues

Hello Brethren,

On December 27th, all 2010 Dues Cards will expire. This means that to be considered ‘in good standing’ for the ensuing year, a member is required to have a valid 2011 Dues card after December 28, 2010.

The enclosed Dues Renewal Notice for 2011 now includes an ONLINE method of paying dues. Here are the three options for paying your 2011 Dues:

Via U.S. Mail using the enclosed return envelope

At the Lodge on any meeting night

Via PayPal on the Internet

If you would like to pay via PayPal on the internet, follow these steps:

Send an Email to: (please type the name correctly)

State the amount you would like to donate

Amount you request to be invoiced:

$75.00 for 2011 Dues only

$90.00 for 2011 Dues, Masonic Home, and Lodge donation

(Note: Additional donations are most welcomed and appreciated)

Next, you will receive an invoice from PayPal, which is initiated by the Lodge Secretary

Open the invoice from PayPal, then click on ‘Pay Invoice’ and follow the instructions

Fill in the requested invoice information and complete the transaction by hitting send.

Please note, that your financial information will not be available to the Lodge.

Your payment will be deposited directly into the Lodge checking account

The Secretary will receive a confirmation from PayPal

Next, you will receive an Invoice from PayPal, which is initiated by the Lodge Secretary

Open the invoice from PayPal, then click on ‘Pay Invoice’ and follow the instructions

Fill in the requested invoice information and complete the transaction by hitting send.

Please note, that your financial information will not be available to the Lodge.

The Lodge Secretary will receive a confirmation from PayPal and then mail your Dues
