This Lodge of Entered Apprentice Masons was called and opened in Due Form at ________ PM for the purpose of conferring the Entered Apprentice Degree on Messrs: _____________, _______________, and _____________, who have been regularly elected in this Lodge to receive this Degree. There being no objection, the Ceremony proceeded and they were initiated to the Degree of Entered Apprentice Mason.

Pursuant to Chapter 37.18 in the Digest of Masonic Law, the candidates for the Entered Apprentice Degree received the prescribed pre-Initiation instruction from Brother Rick Skauge.

The Entered Apprentice Degree was conferred on the following candidates from Melbourne Lodge No. 143:

The Writing Ceremony was conducted by Charles Hughes, PM.

The Third Section, the Lecture of the Entered Apprentice Degree, was delivered by R∴W∴ Tom Johnson, PDDGM, a member of Palm Bay Lodge No. 397.

At the completion of the Lecture, the charge was delivered by Chris Durie. The newly Initiated Brothers were presented with the Entered Apprentice booklets and binder, and the Entered Apprentice Catechism Masonic Code booklet by Rick Skauge, catechism instructor.

The newly Initiated Brothers then offered their remarks.
