How to Create pre-printed RECEIPT/EXPENSE #10 Envelopes
Except for Degree Communications, the Secretary is one of the busiest Lodge Officers for the evening, before and after the meetings. All too often a Brother will approach the Secretary with receipts for dinner expense, etc, or cash from the charity basket or meal donations, just to name a few examples. For CASH, the Secretary should write a receipt. Additionally, it is very helpful if the Brother with the CASH would give it to the Secretary in a #10 envelope that can be pre-printed. The attached TEMPLATE is an EXAMPLE of how one Lodge simplifies this sometimes overwhelming demand on the Secretary’s time and attention.
